January 1967 Company Performance

Our engineers have been working on updates to our current vehicle platforms to ensure our customers have constant upgrades to provide them with the experience they deserve when purchasing any of the Emerson Motor Company vehicles. These updates have a tentative completion date for the engineering phase of 67 months.

Along with the chassis updates, the engineering team has been working on the fuel system components of our engines, with the exception of the recently released electric motor, which will debut in the initial release of the 1974 Allure Brittney fully electric luxury saloon with a completion date of 61 months. These are due to the possibility of increasing fuel prices in the market, and Emerson Motor Company is implementing changes to our current engine line-up. While sales have been strong for the current configuration, we look to future market situations that dictate our operations and how we provide a service to our customer base.

Our CFO presented the estimated pension payment schedule for 1965, with payout figures around double the amount we were paying last year. While we have been contributing to the pension with the assistance of the union that our staff has elected to represent them in the pension negotiation of these payments, which give our staff benefits for the time they have spent with Emerson Motor Company, this cost has been increasing since the start of the staff requesting union representation in this process. While this is something that will help our staff, we also have to look at our customers, who also require a reasonably priced vehicle to purchase from the Emerson Motor Company. Currently, our operation, sales, and taxes have grown over time, and our team has been working on labor costs and other expenses related to the business of manufacturing and vehicle sales to ensure we provide a service to both our staff and customers.

We have had many ongoing construction projects, the recent completion of the Emerson Performance manufacturing facility in Chicago, Illinois, which was essential for the current products, and many different special applications that do not fit the normal vehicle line-up. While this current operation is beneficial, this current configuration does not provide the best sustainability for the company. To assist with staff and customer quality, our New York, New York, and Detroit, Michigan, manufacturing facilities have the following completion dates based on prior mention: 13 and 35 months, which will greatly increase our market share, vehicle quality, and staff efficiency.

Thank you,

Edward J. Emerson,

CEO of Emerson Motor Company
