At Family Dollar??? Again.

 I am standing in line when a lady starts calling me "Sir." I don't answer until it becomes obvious that it is intentionally done to me. I look up and address the lady with respect, explaining that I am not the man or woman she thinks I am; I am non-binary. After this, the lady seemed upset to the point that she purchased more than she had said she needed, and then she dropped a coin, which I picked up and handed to her. She said, "Give it to the poor," or something of that nature.


To respond to this incident, I am placing an order with Walmart, which should arrive by tomorrow, so I don't get misgendered or upset ladies who are, for some reason, not accepting.
