February 20, 2020 Allure Division Announces Phase Two of Bay Compact Luxury Sedan Facelift

The Allure division is proud to announce the launch of Phase Two in the facelifted Bay compact luxury sedan program. Following the successful introduction of the Bay A50—a 208-horsepower rear-wheel-drive base model, the all-wheel-drive Bay A504 and the performance-tuned Bay A60, delivering 260 horsepower.

In contrast to Chungfung’s strategy of separating electric and internal combustion variants, Allure will maintain unified naming across its powertrain offerings. Electric models will continue to carry the ELQ, EMQ, and ESQ designations, reinforcing brand continuity and simplifying customer recognition.

Industry reviewers have praised the 2020–2021 luxury EV lineup as a breakthrough in both technology and refinement. One noted, “With their own personalities and high standards of luxury, very few well-known luxury companies are adopting electrification. As we progress in electric vehicle architectures there are luxury standards that exceed the use of any one type of powertrain with new charging stations popping up many will see the appeal to those who invested in the models on sale..”

While electric vehicles may not yet suit every driver—much like the Foretold Remodel T during its era of electric and steam experimentation—Allure remains committed to offering forward-thinking solutions that blend innovation with timeless luxury.
