 November launches

Steadily at work, the engineering staff complete the last rounds of tests. The production manager and plant manager do the final checks on the tooling protocol for the last few releases, which have an organic tiered production ramp-up learned over the years of fast-paced multiple releases, which generally resulted in staff pushback requiring warranty to step in, incurring additional costs on the back end where the front should have better monitoring.

For November 2020, Chungfung releases the 2021 E4 models with trims available to customers T and TTS. These follow up on the base 2021 Chungfung E4, which was released a few months ago and has had good success in the market.

As with past electric Chungfung models called Motion and listed as trims; however, for this generation the electric variants are named E4 for Electric 4-wheel drive Chungfung, leaving the Motion name to the 3-cylinder gas-powered models, signifying just how much the compact sedan market has grown with diverse propulsions powering different vehicles.

This realignment, which has been ongoing for the past few years, has seen growth success in product expansions and customer input. These advancements helped create breakthrough models like the Chungfung Mantis, which offers customers more interior space than the Motion, which it is based on. This provides an alternative to those who have driven the Motion 1.2T or 1.2TT but are pressured for more space; they don't have to leave the network if a sedan is what is needed.

Through this realignment, we, through our strategic partner Motorback, understood our customer when visiting the Mantidae compact SUV and Matid compact crossover concepts that turned to reality. Through this partnership we were able to gradually transform a motor background up design to using the evolutionary design language of the Chungfung M; for example, transfer over to the E-FF4 gen 3 platform and create a new ground-up design in line with Chungfung customer expectations, meaning all-wheel drive/front-wheel bias, a 6-speed auto from Emerson Motors, or a 5-speed manual from Emerson Motors.

This exciting move increased Chungfung's overall footprint, making it what it is today: a major vehicle brand in the compact sedan, subcompact SUV, and subcompact crossover markets, offering both turbocharged 3-cylinder engines as well as fully electric compact sedans now named E4.

So what makes these new models different from the outgoing Chungfung Motion E4, E4T, E4TT, and E4TTS? While this brand did offer 4 different electric trims for the new 2021 Motion, Chungfung offers the E4 base, currently on sale, the E4 T, the E4 TTS, and the prior-released E4 TTSR.

As of November 2020, Chungfung is the 7th most profitable brand in the EMC family just behind Humner, a niche brand too occupying similar prices but for the Crossover and SUV where Chungfung operations in the small to large compact sedan market.

Why advisors are saying spend spend, our internal instincts look at the market with cautions like with the release of the Allure Sylherin ELQ nothing is promised only what happened. Meaning the Sylherin was released based on a prediction of 8,400 sales of which 3,900 where met and with demand 9,000 sales where possible. Customers change their minds and even more so when cash changes hands for a sales commitment. 3,900 is fact that these customers wanted this vehicle at the price listed. As we visit the demand customer we will adjust as needed to provide rails due to warranties, constructions, storage, labor, etc providing an almost flat structure.
