Production

Emerson Motors currently is working from its Detroit, Michigan headquarters. This location also houses its branch distribution network of automotive dealers, mirroring New York, Chicago, and Houston, Texas. All locations manufacture different products under the umbrella of Emerson Motors, with Allure, Emerson Performance, and Emerson Truck operating from the previously mentioned locations, while Emerson Motors’ vehicles are in the city headquarters.

Supplier

Over the past couple of years Emerson Motors has been shedding duplicate offerings. This restructuring has directly affected our suppliers in the region, as well as the international market it once competed in for a second time. This stagnation highlighted concern externally as well as internally through pricing, product dilution, and market missteps. The direct outcome of this restructuring has renewed our partnerships with suppliers through reduced material costs, allowing Emerson Motors to better compete locally as expansion continues.

Consultant

Working with consultants is a major success for the future of Emerson Motors. This has allowed for quicker response times of data needed to update the current lineup with lower material costs, while not affecting quality, luxury, performance, or dependability, which is important to buyers. These partnerships not only improved operations for Emerson Motors but also added adventure to the stakeholders, opening the funnel of information.

Regulation

The government applied regulations and suffered a system crash. This crash was felt throughout the system, and people responded by looking in the past for answers to the consistent failures to move forward. This move looks forward to deregulation of mandates and restrictions globally, freeing up the market for saturation, as well as restructuring. Both extremes create concerns for the market, but seasons and transitions take center stage of innovation.

Design

Emerson Motors has struggled with design direction over the years. This translated into production frenzies that lasted from generation to generation. Seeing concerns from stagnation performance, Allure has stepped into a new design language as well as performance standards. These renewed focuses have created daring and innovative approaches to complement the industry’s lead performance direction.

Direction

Emerson Motors has a strong financial outlook backed by its private investments. The organization has had a storied history of private operations, in contrast to the industry of mostly public ones. This contrast has allowed for a deep-rooted passion towards redefining what a luxury, mainstream, truck, and performance auto manufacturer has to offer. Many missteps have happened along the way, but these lessons have allowed for renewing approaches.

Long-term expansive redesign of key products covering price realignments, quality concerns, design updates, and brand standardization. This provides each brand to use efficiently and effectively within their target markets. Most new products will reach dealerships as well as direct sales markets within the next 36 months.

Short-term assessment of current offerings through $10 billion investments. This targets 20 different models, based on current buyer habits and specifications and product success.  The latter equilibrium is dictated through effective communication between the prior two. These balanced matrices have determined the reassessments of some of our key flagship models, which were set to release in one month, to now have up to a 16-month release period.
