#GearCity 1093: Detroit Facility and Updates

 GearCity 1903

Emerson

We have rights of use for a new motor to add to the lineup. This would serve as a halo luxury sedan; however, it faced stiff opposition from finance. Will, initially against the decision, was pleasantly surprised that it spawned engineering's desire to mock up a 914 package for the Kara sedan. This too was shut down, but not by finance this time, but by Mx. Emerson. Given our wages and the immediate need for production capacity, the decision was made to put the project on hold.

Factory Expansion

We received a low rating in our recent vehicle reviews, which means we have an opportunity to improve our product and the data to justify the updates. While most of the review was within reason, we chose to focus on the improvements of existing models once profitability happens. Part of this focus is on the factory expansion to the Detroit area, stimulating the economy through our four hundred thousand investment through the sale of shares.

Financial Future

The sale of shares has decreased our ownership and allowed for public and corporate oversight as the operation expands. This includes our internal oversight of managing the Detroit construction project as well as normal operations. We need this step to monitor the success of the expansion, which will guide our company into the next chapter of auto manufacturing.
