The larger Emerson Motors increases the more work that is needed to progress. Barvarian Works, Gusboard, Urza, and Emerson Motors have competed for the last decade intensively with the first mentioned dating back to the inception.
Staff
Emerson Motors has resisted the temptation to reduce wages of its staff, which is currently at just over 7,000 per month for factory, and branch staff. This has indirectly assisted sales and flexibility of furloughed events through a balanced outreach initiative that has proven beneficial during the global concerns around the world. While beneficial, it is often short lived due to the demand of operations that are a result of customers. However, we have started to slowly bring staff members back to plants in Mexico, Japan, Canada, and United States in the first round of plant startups.

End of the Month
The end of the month is a complex series of events. Payroll, inventory, quality checks, and design submissions all come together at this time which can be overwhelming if not prepared. Having staffing programs, and time management are critical to systematically working through each one in a prioritized manner.
