GearCity "played" GTA5, kinda....

While making a turn in GearCity, I saw activity in GTA5. This was interesting, but I have no proof that GearCity "played" GTA5 other than that GTA5 showed activity while events were turning in GearCity. SimulationGC7 was in a secure testing location and was not contained on the same HDD as GTA5.

Not jumping to conclusions, but more testing is needed to see if the code in SimulationGC7 will make it happen again. So, a few more cycles before I move to the next set of updates. This is to create a stable environment for testing in an area away from other games.
