Electric Vehicles

This is one of the segments that has taken a different path due to the file updates. The updates have created increased demand for the Emerson Motors Solar, a compact electric sedan. This sedan shares its architecture with the Emerson Motors BKB, Emerson Performance BKB, Chungfung Motion and Mantis, and the Dork Odin sedan and coupe, which are all compact variants. 

Platforms

Management made a push to move the Emerson Motors Solar to the Generation 4 platform. The Generation 4 platform was cancelled due to its expense and lack of upgrades needed to transition the Solar and Chungfung Motion E4 past 2025. Taking this into account, the engineers worked on a series of new platforms designated the .100 series. The .100 series platforms introduce a new way of manufacturing vehicles when it comes to electric and internal combustion.

Costs

Weight makes for a different driving experience for customers; cost outweighs this in the competitive world of auto making. The current economic and health events that are taking place have demanded an inner look to find revenue. This strategic position vision drives the engineering department to design new variants of our current platforms with special tuning for specific vehicles in mind. This has a rippling effect; as mentioned prior, some of our vehicles share platforms, but this takes things to a different level. For instance, the Emerson Motors BKC, a 2+2 coupe, has its own dedicated platform, unlike the BKS, a mid-size sedan, which it previously shared. This slight engineering effort/change provides customers with a different driving experience between the two. This was important, but the cost to customers was more important given the current global economy. While adjustments are in the works, these new platforms are currently taking advantage of these new interest rates. Thus, making the newer models lighter but, more importantly, costing less.

Weight

The by-product results from what is given (input) and what is removed (output). The project was a passion for the engineering team. Yes, cost drives the change, but innovation drives sales almost as much as cost. While the events are taking place, governments and corporations have taken steps not only to bring consideration to the interest rates but also to inject wealth into the equation. This slight adjustment was needed to represent the top earners in the simulation, which had been missing up to this point, and to assist the electrification efforts of the past.

2020

The time is eventful, and corporations will have to find new ways to survive policy changes, health concerns, pensions, inventory, and now product updates. These situations demand a slower, more defined look at corporations and how they are managing the times.
