Expenses Summary

Operations throughout the month has made some substantial adjustments from those in the past and have garnered profits this month. Good accomplishments from the team, but there is still a deficit from 2020 that needs addressing.

Warranties and Defects

Each marque is tasked with updating their product lines. This is needed to reduce the warranty and defect exposures that are communicated through the miscellaneous section of the summary report. The combination of hard work on behalf of the marques and the information supplied in the report have assisted in reducing the costs. The costs, while reducing hold substantial impact on how Emerson Motors does business moving forward.

New Designs

Part of the moving forward plan introduces future and current updates to the automotive portfolio. Expensive adjustments to operations last year have provided our teams with the needed financial resources to venture into the unknown of the automotive world. This is needed to stay relevant in a world that is intertwined with gross domestic product, and the desires of customers.
