GearCity 2018: Updating files in GearCity discussion

#GearCity 2018:

Working through the simulation has shown a need for understanding in conjunction with rules implied by files. This realization changes environmental positions as well as upcoming vehicle refreshes.

Designs

While it does not seem like vehicle designs have much impact on gameplay, it does add a layer of immersion. Finding new ways to design vehicles that maintain the same shape while offering a different appearance is essential.
